Founded in 2006, is a Small Business specializing in providing government construction management from project inception through closeout. We provide program and project management, quality assurance, estimating, scheduling, and claim services. Through our associates, we provide architectural and engineering design review and support.

Our Story
Since our establishment, Davidson Brown has grown steadily each year to support the demand for our services. In 2007, we began serving as post-award services project managers for the US General Services Administration’s (GSA) National Broker Contract solicitations under prime contractor Savills-Studley, Inc.
Our effective leadership, keen attention to detail, and invaluable partnership on this project and beyond have helped set us up for success. Afterward, our construction management company has effectively managed projects throughout the New England, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Southwest, Rocky Mountain, and Caribbean regions.

Founded in 2006, Davidson Brown provides design and construction management services from project inception through project closeout. Our skilled and experienced managers possess extensive backgrounds serving owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors. We are familiar with government procurement and contract administration. Our team has experience in management (program, project, risk, and earned value), modern commercial office fit out (information technology, audiovisual, office furniture, MEP, and physical security), heavy commercial and industrial construction, quality control/assurance inspections, CPM scheduling, cost estimating, and budgeting.

Principals
President Don Davidson, CCM
Don Davidson has over 40 years of project management experience on projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars. His roles have included owner, project manager, project engineer, estimator, and quality control manager across refineries, power plants, tunnels, bridges, airports, office renovations, and high-rise buildings.
Credentials
Don holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Project Management from the University of Maryland University College. He also has a Master's Electrical license, HVAC certification, Army Corps Quality Control certification, and is a Certified Construction Manager by the Construction Manager’s Association of America.
Vice President Nigel Brown,
Certified Cost Professional (CCP)
Nigel has over 25 years of experience, including broad experience managing projects, cost estimating, and CPM scheduling. Since 1995, he has served the industry in various roles as a project engineer, project manager, superintendent, and senior consultant. Nigel has been in the trenches, managed at high altitudes, and understands what it takes to move projects forward.

Nigel holds a BS and an MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
